Eastbourne Bandstand

Eastbourne Bandstand, Lower Grand Parade, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN21 3AD

Standing proudly on the East Sussex seafront since 1935, Eastbourne Bandstand is one of the most recognisable landmarks on the South Coast. Its striking blue dome and silver finial make it an unmistakable feature of the town’s skyline, and its reputation as the busiest bandstand in the UK is well earned, hosting around 150 events each year.

The programme spans everything from tribute acts and military bands to the much-loved 1812 Firework Concerts, offering something for visitors and locals alike throughout the season.

In more recent years, the venue has found a new audience through television, appearing in productions such as Foyle’s War and in the opening sequence of BBC South East News.

Parking is free after 6pm.
