Tranquil and picturesque, Borde Hill has been planted with passion by five generations of the Stephenson Clarke family.
With rare rhododendrons, magnolias, rose and herbaceous borders, subtropical dells and woodland glades with champion trees and exotic shrubs, exploring the 13 outdoor rooms is like travelling around the world in one garden.
With Specialist Plant Fairs, workshops and family activities, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

We do this by creating unique entertainment experiences for families, adults and groups, that unite great design with exceptional talent and create lasting memories. We have some of the country’s best Escape Rooms with five elaborately themed rooms, set in a relaxed environment with a licensed bar and lounge.
Our seasonal attractions are spearheaded by Europe’s largest Scream Park – Tulleys Shocktober Fest! . Recently we returned to our Pick Your Own roots with our PYO Sunflowers in the summer and Pumpkin PYO running through October half term.
As the seasons change, the Farm is transformed to accommodate our ever growing Christmas Experience, bringing fun and magical memories to the festive season including visits to Father Christmas and Ice Skating.
In addition, we have the Tulleys Tea Room serving a range of delicious hot and cold food, cakes and drinks- with our spacious garden and play area to keep children entertained.
