The Aldingbourne Country Centre is a ‘Great day out’ in Sussex, there’s so much to see and do, all year round.
If you like the idea of supporting a local charity by having fun, the Aldingbourne Country Centre is worth a visit. With our animals on the open farm, maze, mini golf, ride-on tractors, castle playground, sand and water play, soft play and Woodland Walk. Seasonal activities take place during the school holidays and we have delicious locally sourced and home cooked food available in our Café.
The Aldingbourne Trust charity supports adults with learning disabilities and/or autism and there are people with disabilities working on site. By visiting the Country Centre you will be making a big difference to the people we support.

Jutting out into the English Channel, Dungeness is the UK’s only desert landscape and home to many special animals including lizards, rare bumblebees and the endemic Sussex emerald moth. It is a magnet for all kinds of birdlife, from huge flocks of waterbirds to beautiful birds of prey, notably hobbies in the summer and marsh harriers all year round. Dungeness is also one of the few places in the South East with bearded tits – delicately marked birds found only in reedbeds.
